Please only register your own family members/household. Any youth under 18 attending without their parents will need to contact the team to discuss proposed accommodation arrangements and have a parental consent form completed. Please email mbc@mayfieldbaptist.com or speak to Winnie or Marsha.

If you would like to invite friends of primary aged children please first contact the team also.

All accommodation will be allocated to allow for maximum use of the facilites within the paramaters below and our Safe Church requirements. You will be contacted to confirm your accommodation in late Jan/early Feb when bookings are being finalised.

Cabins sleep 6 and are suitable for either 1 family group or 2 small families/couples.

Units contain 2 bedrooms and will be shared between two families with one family per bedroom and a shared living area and bathroom facilities. If you would like to share with a particular family, please indicate in the provided space.

Bunkrooms will be either female only, male only or one family per bunkroom.

We are looking to book the Adventure Tower for Saturday afternoon and are asking that participants contribute $10pp . Please indicate how many of you are interested in doing this activity so that we can book an appropriate amount of time.
